Our Story
Founded on 7th December 2010 by Krishnedu Banerjee, KNB Group began its journey with a clear vision — to build a diversified business ecosystem driven by trust, innovation, and long-term value creation.
The group’s foundation was laid in the financial services sector, specializing in the stock market, where KNB quickly earned recognition for its strategic insight and disciplined approach to investments. This early success became the stepping stone for expansion into multiple high-growth industries.
In 2012, KNB Group ventured into the adventure sports and travel business under the brand KNB Holidays, marking its entry into experiential and lifestyle services. Continuing its momentum, the group strengthened its financial portfolio in 2015 by expanding into the mutual funds sector, reinforcing its commitment to comprehensive wealth solutions.
The year 2017 marked KNB Group’s entry into international hospitality, with the launch of Encore in Thailand — a premium hospitality brand reflecting global standards, comfort, and customer-centric experiences.
In 2020, the group diversified further into the cruise and café business with Eighty8 Café, operated under KNB Holidays, blending leisure, dining, and experiential hospitality into a unique lifestyle concept.
Today, KNB Group stands as a dynamic multi-sector enterprise with a growing global footprint. Looking ahead, the group is preparing to expand into real estate development in Dubai, alongside new ventures in finance and investment, continuing its legacy of strategic growth and innovation.
